Happy New Year everyone.

We had hoped to be bringing you news in this email of this year’s films and in particular the next film at Mill Bistro on Wednesday 11 January. Unfortunately we are all becoming all too familiar with the cry “we don’t have the staff” but that is the case here. We just don’t have the staff in general and in particular, a projectionist to run the film. It’s not money that’s the problem, just finding people interested and willing enough to help.

If you think you might be able to help in any way for future film screenings please get in touch via an email to info@occasionalcinema.org; it’s not particularly difficult. We would hope to be able to show five or six more films at the two venues before summer comes along and we have some good titles in mind.
